Will this scratch my firearm ?

No! The material is durable, but will not leave marks on the firearm. It is recommended to gently place and remove the firearm as shown in the demonstration video to avoid damaging the magnets.
Is the LowPro Case safe to use with optics and scopes?

Yes, with the exception of night vision or thermal vision optics, not for any specific reason, but primarily as as precautionary measure, please email lowprocase@gmail.com for further questions.
Is the LowPro Case compatible with all firearms?

This case works best with classic steel bodied firearms. It has worked successfully in the past with some AR-15's, however, there is no guarantee it will work with every AR-15 model (as many AR-15's have an aluminum body). If you plan to use for an AR-15 Platform please contact lowprocase@gmail.com for further details.
How long do orders take to be completed?

Custom case orders can take 6-8 weeks depending on the order.
