LowPro Cases and its affiliates take no responsibility and no liability for any User Generated Content submitted by you or any third party.
 
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped From Los Angeles CA unless otherwise specified. The risk of loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time the goods are paid for. You agree to pay for taxes, shipping at the time of the purchase. 
LowPro Cases LLC does not assume any risk or liability for delay or nonfulfillment of shipments due to acts of God, war, strikes, breakdowns, fires, COVID Pandemics, Alien Invasions, Crab People, or any possible incident. 
 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LOWPRO CASES LLC  BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THEN LEAVE THIS SITE 

By submitting an order you agree to waive any liability for damages to any firearms or optics or any items of any kind placed in any LowPro Case. LowPro Cases LLC and any affiliates are in no way responsible for any damages or claims or subversions detractions or accidents negligent incidents by the user purchaser or any third party.
